2. User Responsibility

You are entirely responsible for the queries you submit and how you utilize the outputs generated by Lapche. You must ensure that your use of the platform does not violate the rights of any third party or breach any contractual confidentiality obligations.

3. Accuracy of Information (Not Legal Advice)

While we strive for accuracy using advanced AI models and official Supreme Court records, artificial intelligence can produce completely inaccurate or hallucinated information. You must independently verify all cases, statutes, ratios, and citations before relying on them in any legal, official, or professional capacity.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the service to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code or underlying models of the service.
• Automate requests, scrape data, or bypass rate limits without explicit written permission.
• Generate or disseminate misleading, harmful, or legally manipulative content.
• Interfere with or willfully disrupt the integrity or performance of the platform.

5. Intellectual Property

All design, text, graphics, logos, and software underlying Lapche are the intellectual property of Lapche or its licensors. Case law and public legal records queried through the service remain within the public domain as dictated by the laws of Nepal. You retain ownership of your specific prompts, but grant us a license to process them to provide the service.
